Cool A Zone, a leading company in its niche, sought to increase their digital presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Since January 2023, Crazygraph has been their partner for social media marketing and SEO. Over the past several months, significant growth in reach, engagement, and follower base has been achieved through strategic content creation, targeted advertising, and continuous SEO optimization.

Challenges

Cool A Zone faced challenges in the following areas:

  • Low visibility on social media despite having a functional business.
  • Limited engagement with both current followers and potential new customers.
  • Minimal organic reach, requiring a heavy reliance on paid ads.

Objectives

  1. Increase social media engagement by creating more relevant and shareable content.
  2. Boost overall reach, especially among non-followers.
  3. Optimize SEO to drive more organic traffic to their social platforms and website.
  4. Grow the follower base consistently through organic and paid strategies.

Strategy

Crazygraph adopted a comprehensive digital strategy combining:

  • Social Media Marketing (SMM): Regular posting, curated content, and targeted ad campaigns.
  • SEO: Optimizing content for better search visibility.

Social Media Campaigns

We did audience analysis and created a customer persona to design social media campaigns for maximum engagement. Campgain varies based on time and event with target locations. 

Results

1. Engagement Growth

  • Over a 90-day period (May 18 – August 15), 876 accounts engaged with Cool A Zone’s content.
    • 792 non-followers interacted with the content, a 294% increase, demonstrating the effectiveness of the strategy to reach new audiences.
    • A total of 84 followers engaged, with a 155% increase from the previous cycle.

2. Significant Increase in Reach

  • In the same period, Cool A Zone’s content reached 27,759 accounts, of which 27.5K were non-followers, reflecting a 373% increase.
  • The growth in non-follower reach indicates that the campaigns were highly successful in targeting and capturing the interest of potential customers.
  • Impressions rose to 57,623 with a 389% growth, showing the effectiveness of the ad campaigns and SEO efforts.

3. Follower Growth

  • Between July 27 and October 24, Cool A Zone saw its follower count grow to 1,016, marking a 33.8% increase from July 26.
    • During this period, there were 285 new followers with only 28 unfollows, showing a net positive follower growth.
    • This steady growth is attributed to consistent content output and ad targeting.

4. Facebook Insights

    • From August to October, Cool A Zone saw a total of 1,460 page visits, reflecting an 8.1% growth.
    • 37 new Facebook page likes were gained in the same period, showing a 94.7% growth in likes.
    • The surge in Facebook engagement, particularly in September and October, can be attributed to focused promotional efforts and increased audience interaction.
