How Cool A Zone Turned Low Visibility into Real Growth

Case Study: Cool A Zone

Cool A Zone is a strong business. But online, it was almost invisible.

They had the service. They had the experience. What they lacked was attention.
Since January 2023, Crazygraph has been working with Cool A Zone to fix that gap through social media marketing and SEO.

The goal was simple. Be seen. Be heard. Be chosen.

The Real Challenges

Cool A Zone faced problems that many growing businesses struggle with.

  • People were not finding them on social media.
  • Posts were going live, but reactions were low.
  • Most reach came only from paid ads. Organic growth was weak.
  • New customers were not engaging with the brand.

In short, the business worked. The digital presence did not.

What Needed to Change

We focused on outcomes, not vanity numbers.

  • Create content people actually want to engage with.
  • Reach new audiences beyond existing followers.
  • Reduce dependence on paid ads through better organic reach.
  • Build steady, long-term follower growth.
  • Improve visibility in search and social at the same time.

Our Strategy

We built a joined-up digital strategy.

Social Media Marketing

Consistent posting. Clear messaging. Content designed for interaction, not just display.
Targeted ads supported organic content, not replaced it.

SEO

Every piece of content was optimised to support discoverability.
Search visibility helped drive traffic back to social profiles and the website.

Content Creation

Strong visuals. Clear captions. Useful information.
Posts were created to solve audience problems, not just promote services.

Audience Targeting

We built detailed customer personas.
Campaigns were adjusted by location, timing, and events.

Engagement First

Polls. Q&As. Feedback posts.
The focus was conversation, not broadcasting.

Social Media Campaigns

Each campaign was built around audience behaviour.

  • We analysed when users were active.
  • We matched content to seasons and local events.
  • We targeted non-followers who matched the ideal customer profile.

This ensured reach was relevant, not random.

Results That Matter

1. Engagement Growth

Over 90 days, 876 accounts engaged with Cool A Zone’s content.
792 of them were non-followers, a 294% increase.
Follower engagement rose by 155%.

New people were not just seeing the content. They were interacting with it.

2. Reach That Expanded Beyond Followers

Content reached 27,759 accounts in the same period.
27.5K were non-followers. A 373% increase.
Impressions climbed to 57,623, up by 389%.

The brand moved from hidden to visible.

3. Steady Follower Growth

Followers grew to 1,016.
That is a 33.8% increase in under three months.
285 new followers joined. Only 28 left.

This shows trust. Not just traffic.

4. Facebook Performance

Page visits increased to 1,460.
An 8.1% growth.
37 new page likes were gained. Up by 94.7%.

Engagement peaked during focused promotional periods, especially in September and October.

The Outcome

Cool A Zone no longer relies solely on paid ads to be seen. Their content reaches the right people. Engagement is consistent. Follower growth is stable.

By combining SEO with social media, we helped turn a quiet online presence into an active digital brand.

Methodology

How we measure AI visibility

What every number in Beaconly means, how it’s calculated, and where its limits are.

Which AI we ask

  • Gemini, through Google’s official Gemini API. Right now Gemini answers from its own knowledge, without live web search, so answers don’t list sources.

  • Every question is asked as a fresh conversation, with no memory or personal history, set to the market (country) you chose.

What we ask

The questions a buyer would ask when looking for what you sell — like “best CRM for a small agency”. We write starter questions from your website; you can edit, delete or add your own. Questions don’t include your brand name, so we measure whether AI brings you up on its own.

Mentioned

Your brand counts as mentioned when its name, one of its other names you added, or its website address appears in the answer as a whole word. The same rule applies to every competitor, so the comparison is fair.

Position

The order in which tracked brands are first named in the answer: 1 means you were named before any tracked competitor. We show how often you’re named first, 2nd–3rd, later, or not at all.

Recommended

Mentioned and described positively. A separate AI step reads each answer and rates how it talks about each brand: positive, neutral or negative.

Visibility and small samples

Visibility is the share of answers that mention you. With fewer than 20 answers a percentage can mislead (1 answer changes it by 20 points), so we show the count instead — for example “3 of 5”.

Perception scores

We ask the AI to compare you with your competitors on the traits you choose, then score what the answer says about each brand from 1 to 10, using only the answer — not our own opinion. “What AI says about you” groups the reasons AI recommends you, its criticisms, and who it prefers instead, counted across your latest tracked answers.

Brand facts check

We ask the AI about your brand directly and compare each factual claim with the facts you gave us. Claims your facts don’t cover are marked “not covered”, never “wrong”.

AI traffic

The snippet on your site counts visits whose referrer is an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude and others), or that carry ChatGPT’s utm_source tag. Some apps hide the referrer, so the real number is usually higher. No cookies are used and no IP addresses are kept.

Page watch

We re-read the pages you watch once a day and look for your brand name, other names, or website address in the page text. Some sites block automated visits; we tell you when we can’t read a page.

Answers vary

AI assistants give different answers to the same question, and API answers can differ from what a signed-in person sees in the app (memory, location, model updates). That’s why we track over time and link every question so you can ask it yourself.
